My consultancy activities are always focused on creating a learning environment.
This involves finding a balance between personal development and organizational learning as instruments for change.
Organizations are constantly changing and developing. I can help people to accept this and learn them to anticipate in an adequate way. This enhances empowerment and work pleasure.

Every client is unique and has unique requests. Together with the client, we explore the issue and underlying questions and assumptions, resulting in a first proposal.
I do not offer readymade solutions for the problems or questions, but create the solution together with the client.
I see myself as a process consultant, and try to develop solutions that work in the long term, also when the consultants are not there to help.
